While catering to her clientele and developing her own style, she enjoys using her creative background to make client’s color visions a reality. She is inspired by nature and architecture, her sculpture background allows for lots of influence as well. Her main focus is low maintenance, healthy hair that mimics the sun kissed beachy hair she grew up seeing on surfers all summer. She also enjoys providing fun color on adults that need to keep it age or career appropriate, joking that her clients are “rebels with a job”. Erica loves her clients to feel a little sexy, a little cool and completely themselves, they should feel open to talking about different ideas, she prefers imagery if they are looking for something new, pictures are the best descriptors for a new style or color!
As a Cezanne Artiste/Educator she is able to spread knowledge on a safe smoothing system that creates beautiful low maintenance hair for her clients. Sharing her experiences with other hairstylists has become an important part of her career that continues to grow. She is continuously sharpening her skills as well as traveling to teach the Cezanne Systems in salons all over the country. Meeting other stylists has invigorated her career and drive to continue to grow and keep learning herself. Her desire is to be rich with knowledge.
